New webinars launched to help farming and rural businesses

Two new webinars have been launched to help leaders of farming and rural businesses adapt to change during Covid-19 and beyond.
The free, interactive, online sessions have been developed by Anglia Rural Consultants (ARC) in partnership with business adaptability specialists High Performance Change.
Emma Powlett, Chair of ARC said, “adaptability has never been more crucial for business survival and growth, in a competitive world.
“That is why we’re delighted to be working with High Performance Change to deliver these informative and inspiring sessions. Each webinar will help business leaders understand why people tend to ‘resist first, ask questions later’, and how it’s possible to develop a workforce with a more adaptable mindset”.
Session 1: 2nd July, 4pm – 5pm
Session 2: 16th July, time to be confirmed
