Central Bedfordshire Council has given the go ahead for the next phase of development at Symmetry Park, Biggleswade, which will create 577,000 sq ft of new high quality logistics accommodation.

Located on the established Stratton Business Park, the 45-acre site provides excellent road links to the national motorway network and comprises units of 75,000 sq ft, 112,000 sq ft, 160,000 sq ft and 230,000 sq ft. The scheme has been designed by AJA Architects.

This will be a great opportunity to boost the economy, bringing significant investment to the area which will help create jobs for local people. As Central Bedfordshire’s first net zero carbon in construction development, Tritax’s Development Director, Tom Leeming, said:
